General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We may cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to:

- Pricing errors
- Stock errors
- High-risk international transactions
We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person, household or order..
Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, however colours, packaging, or minor details may vary.
We do not guarantee specific pulls, contents, or outcomes from sealed or mystery products.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP unless browsing within a market that displays local currency (USD or EUR).
International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to dispatch.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to:

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.
AT Vault is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside of our control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched.

International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom:
Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and handling charges may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
AT Vault does not collect foreign VAT or import duties unless legally required.
If a customer refuses delivery due to customs charges:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping and customs return fees will be deducted from any refund.
- If the parcel is abandoned or destroyed by customs, no refund will be issued.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are subject to our Refund Policy.
For international returns:
-Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.
