At AT Vault, we aim to provide high-quality Pokémon Trading Card Game products and ensure every order arrives safely and as described.
If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
To start a return, you must contact us first at info@atvault.co.uk.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back without authorisation may be refused.
We accept returns and refund requests under the following conditions, in accordance with UK consumer law.
All return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be received by us within 14 days of return approval.
Sealed Products
• Must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed condition
• Factory seals must remain fully intact
• Opened or tampered seals are not eligible for return or refund
Due to the nature of sealed trading card products, we cannot accept returns where seals have been broken.
Single Cards
Due to the nature of collectible trading cards, all single cards are final sale.
Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Accessories
Accessories may be returned if unused and in their original packaging.
Items showing signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@atvault.co.uk
• Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging
• We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate
Return postage for damaged or incorrect items will be covered by AT Vault.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind:
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected
• Sealed products must remain sealed
Any items returned opened, used, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
International Orders
For international orders:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees paid are non-refundable
• If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges and returned to us, original shipping costs will not be refunded
