 United Kingdom Shipping

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail and other trusted courier services where required.

European Union Shipping

We ship to selected EU countries using fully tracked international services.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order value.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 working days (excluding customs processing time).

💰 Import Duties & Taxes (EU)
Orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to:
• VAT
• Customs duties
• Import handling fees
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
AT Vault does not collect EU VAT at checkout and is not responsible for additional import fees charged upon arrival.

United States Shipping
We ship to the United States using fully tracked international services.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order value.
Estimated delivery time: 6–12 working days (excluding customs processing time).

💰 Import Duties & Taxes (USA)
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on order value and U.S. customs regulations.
Most orders under $800 USD may not incur import duties under current regulations. However, customers are responsible for any fees imposed by U.S. customs authorities.
AT Vault is not responsible for customs charges applied after dispatch.

⏱️ Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 3 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays ship the next working day.
Delivery estimates do not include customs processing times. AT Vault is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or international postal services.

📦 Packaging Standards

Single cards are protected using sleeves and top loaders or semi-rigid holders.
Sealed products are securely padded and boxed.
Every order is packed carefully to minimise the risk of transit damage.

📬 Tracking Information
Tracking details are provided by email for all tracked services once dispatched.
Untracked UK Singles Delivery does not include tracking.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, AT Vault cannot accept responsibility for loss or theft.

❗ Refused or Unclaimed International Orders
If a customer refuses delivery due to unpaid customs charges, or fails to collect the parcel from customs:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping fees or customs charges billed to AT Vault will be deducted from the refund
• Refunds will only be processed once the item has been safely returned

📩 Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already shipped, AT Vault cannot:

• Change the delivery address
• Refund postage costs
• Replace items lost due to incorrect address details
Shipping rates and services may be updated without prior notice. Checkout pricing always takes priority.
